Welcome to Bare Skin Clinic. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect both you and the clinic and to ensure the highest standard of care.
About Bare Skin Clinic
Bare Skin Clinic provides professional skin treatments delivered by a qualified skin therapist. All treatments are carried out with care, expertise and in accordance with industry standards.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
An upfront payment or deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Our cancellation policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the Clinic Policies page for full details.
Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in charges being applied and/or refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.
If you arrive too late to safely carry out your treatment, it may be classed as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Payments & Refunds
All treatments and products must be paid for in full.
Payments are non-refundable once a treatment has been carried out.
Refunds are not offered for unused treatments, missed appointments, or change of mind.
Pre-paid treatments and deposits are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.
Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.
Treatment Suitability & Medical Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment. Bare Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or if relevant medical information has not been disclosed. Results can vary between individuals, and no guarantee can be given regarding treatment outcomes.
Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare advice will be provided following treatments. Following this advice is essential to support healing and results. Bare Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, use of unsuitable products, or external factors beyond the clinic’s control.
Right to Refuse Service
Bare Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment or future bookings to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows
Abusive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour
Failure to follow clinic policies
Contraindications or safety concerns
Products
Professional skincare products are recommended following consultation or treatment to ensure suitability. Products are non-refundable once opened or used, unless faulty.
