Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
48–24 hours’ notice: Your upfront payment will be retained and a new payment will be required to rebook.
Less than 24 hours’ notice and No Shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to operate. Repeated failure to follow this policy may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
Appointments that cannot proceed due to lateness may be charged in full.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment for safety reasons.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnancy, medical conditions or active skin concerns.

Children & Guests
For health and safety reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room unless agreed in advance.
Personal Belongings
Bare Skin Clinic is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the clinic.
Respectful Behaviour
We aim to provide a calm and welcoming environment. Any inappropriate, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in treatment being stopped or refused.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and client safety.
Treatment Results
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple treatments may be required to achieve optimal results.
Temporary reactions such as redness, sensitivity, mild swelling or discomfort may occur.
Bare Skin Clinic is not responsible for results affected by lifestyle factors, non-compliance with aftercare advice or undisclosed medical conditions.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.
Bare Skin Clinic is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or use of non-recommended products.
Retail Products
Skincare products are recommended following consultation or treatment.
Opened or used products are non-refundable unless faulty.
Professional advice is provided to support safe and effective homecare.
Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Right to Refuse Service
Bare Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client where appropriate, including but not limited to safety concerns, contraindications, or repeated breaches of clinic policies.
